These Terms of Use (the “Terms of use”) govern Your use of the Services (as defined below) that KRYP.TOOLS provide to you (referred to herein as “You” or “Your”) through www.kryp.tools (including any related sub-domains).
Please read these Terms of use carefully. By using any of our Services, You agree to comply with these Terms of use. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of use, You agree not to use the Services, and We do not consent to provide You with access to the Services.

3. THE SERVICES
3.1 The Services includes an integrated, software-as-a-service platform that provides analytics and facilitates analysis, monitoring, and trading in the cryptocurrency market by connecting our platform with several crypto exchanges. Please note that you cannot buy or sell cryptocurrencies directly within the Service, nor can you process payments or transfer money or currencies within the Service.
3.2 We report market information that we derive directly from the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) provided by currency exchanges. We do not manipulate the data except to abridge and/or summarize series of similar data points.
3.3 KRYP.TOOLS can be accessed and used after creating an user account. Accessing the Service when logged into an Account allows one to see a customized view of the market which shows their personal trading data.

4.1 Any opinions, chats, messages, news, research, analyses, prices, or other information contained on the Service are provided as general market information and/or for educational purposes only, and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

KRYP.TOOLS does not have any obligation to provide revised opinions in the event of changed circumstances. All investment strategies and investments involve risk of loss. 5. SUBSCRIPTIONS.
5.1 By registering for an Account, you obtain access to the Service (a “Subscription”). Each Subscription and the rights and privileges provided therein is personal and non-transferable. KRYP.TOOLS reserves the right to change prices at any time and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of promotions or price decreases.
6. PAYMENTS
6.1 No refunds available. A subscription to access free services allows you to test the tool before paying subscription. All sales and payments of Subscription fees will be in the currency of the location shown in your geolocation. All Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. The fee that We will charge You for Your Subscription will be the price posted on the Site on the date that You purchase the Subscription.
6.2 You may pay for Your Subscription fee only with credit card payments. We will charge Your credit card for Your first Subscription fee on the date that We process Your order for Your paid Subscription. We may offer free-trials and, if you decide to convert your free-trial to a paidSubscription, we will ask for your credit card information when you sign-up for the paid services. Once Your credit card is charged the first Subscription fee, You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying You of Your ability to access those Subscription-only portions of, and Materials on, the Service.
6.3 You agree and consent to KRYP.TOOLS’s use of third-party payment providers for billing and processing online payments, and you agree to pay the applicable fees for the Subscription as they become due, plus all related taxes, and to reimburse us for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the end of your Subscription term.
6.4 If you do not pay on time or if We cannot charge your payment method for any reason, KRYP.TOOLS reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Service and Account and terminate these Terms. You are expressly agreeing that KRYP.TOOLS is permitted to bill you for any applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Service. The fees will be billed to the payment method designated on your registration with the Service and, if applicable, thereafter at regular intervals for the remainder of your Subscription term. By providing a payment method, You expressly authorize KRYP.TOOLS to charge said payment method at regular intervals subject to Your particular Subscription. If you have a balance due on any Account, you agree that We may charge such unpaid fees to your payment method or otherwise bill you for such unpaid fees.
6.5 We understand that You might cancel Your account, but please know that We will not provide any refund(s) and You will be responsible for paying any balance due on the account. You agree that upon cancellation, We may charge any unpaid fees to Your provided payment method and/or send You a bill for such unpaid fees.
7. CANCELATION
7.1 KRYP.TOOLS will automatically renew your subscription on each anniversary of that date when we first charge your credit card for the first subscription fee and, as authorized by you during the subscription sign-up process, we will charge your credit card with the applicable monthly subscription fee as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your subscription fee payment (unless you cancel prior to the anniversary date).
7.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us, or through your account settings, provided that any subscription fees charged prior to the effective date of cancellation will not be refunded, in whole or in part. You will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for any unused days of the then-current monthly subscription term. We require a reasonable amount of time to process your subscription cancellation request. If you cancel your subscription, you will enjoy your subscription benefits until the expiration of the then-current subscription term for which you have paid, and your subscription benefits will expire at the end of the then-current subscription term.
8. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS:
8.1 To facilitate continuity of service to You, each paid Subscription contains automatic renewal terms. You agree that you will be charged the fee You agreed to (depending on Your particular subscription agreement) for the length of time You agreed to, and that Your subscription will automatically renew on those same terms until You cancel at any time through Your Account settings page. You authorize Us to charge Your card now and upon each renewal; you agree that a cancellation will be effective on the next renewal date of Your Subscription following Your notice of cancellation; and You have read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8.2 You are liable for paying any and all applicable sales and use taxes for the purchase of Your Subscription based on the mailing address that You provide when You register with us, and You authorize Us to charge Your credit card for any such applicable taxes.
8.3 We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time (but not the price in effect for Your thencurrent Subscription term), upon advance notice to You. If You have not cancelled Your Subscription or turned off the auto-renew function within the specified time after receiving notice of a price change, Your Subscription will auto-renew at the price indicated in Your notice.
9. THE LICENCE AND INTELECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 KRYP.TOOLS is the exclusive licensee of all intellectual property rights vesting in and relating to (all content made available through the use of) our Services, such as – but not limited to – patents, patent applications, trademarks, trademark applications, database rights, service marks, trade names, copyrights, trade secrets, licenses, domain names, know-how, property rights and processes (“Intellectual Property Rights”).
9.2 As long as You complies with all its obligations, You obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license for use of the Services in accordance with these Terms. If You no longer complies with its obligations, KRYP.TOOLS can withdraw this license with no notice of default being required.
10. FAIR USE OF OUR PLATAFORM
10.1 You must observe the conditions of this Terms of Use and also the following fair conditions:
i) You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform;
ii) You may not use the Platform (or other Services) in such way that you violate any applicable law and regulations, including but not limited to financial and taxation regulations.
iii) As a condition for using the Platform (or other Services), you agree not to provide any information, data or content to us or the Platform that is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or that violates any law or regulation, or is unacceptable to general standards. In addition, you agree that you will not, nor allow third parties to engage in, among others, the following actions:
a. enter any non-public / secure areas of the Platform (or other Services);
b. send viruses, worms, junk mail, spam, chain letters, unsolicited offers or ads of any kind and for any purpose;
c. investigate, scan, or test the Platform (or other Services) or any other related system or network, or violate any security or authentication;
d. use any automated systems to withdraw data from the Platform (or other Services) (“screen-scraping”);
e. make and distribute copies of the Platform (or other Services);
f. attempt to sell, distribute, copy, rent, sub-license, loan, merge, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange, translate, hack, distribute, harm or misuse the Platform (or other Services); or
g. create derivative works of any kind whatsoever. iv) KRYP.TOOLS may disable any functionality of the Platform (or other Services) temporarily or permanently, if User violates this clause and/or other provisions of the Terms and/or generally causes damage to KRYP.TOOLS, Users and/or Providers.
11. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY
11.1 We guarantee our Service to have a 99% availability on a monthly basis to consumers who are logged into an Upgraded Account. Availability is defined by a web client and data stream server being functional and accessible at the URL of the Service.
11.2 We do our best to ensure that our software is secure, however we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. By creating a KRYP.TOOLS Account you are providing any personal information at your own risk and you are agreeing to relieve us from any and all liability arising in the event that your personal information on our system is accessed by unauthorized third parties.
11.3 WE WILL NOT ACCESS YOUR API KEYS TO DEPOSIT, WITHDRAWAL OR TRANSFER OPERATIONS IN ANY CASE.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 KRYP.TOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, REMOTE OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (HOWEVER SUCH LOSSES ARE QUALIFIED), ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE ITSELF, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
13.1 These Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with USA law. American courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from, or related to, use of our site (whether arising out of or in connection with contractual or non-contractual obligations) (‘proceedings’) and it is a condition of using our site that you waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or that proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
13.2 These Terms of Use (incorporating Privacy Policy) and our Disclaimer shall form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our site.
